“I have experienced many of the problems encountered by amateur and professional players. I used to work very hard on my game and could hit a ball as well as anyone, but couldn’t deliver in competition, having studied the Inner Game I now have the understanding as to why. The patterns of play become huge barriers and create enormous pressures. I’m passionate about helping sportsmen and women learn how to overcome those difficulties and get more satisfaction out of their game.”

One of the most exciting prospects of the Inner Game Workshop is how much easier your sport will be after just one day.

“If you look at the top 10 exponents in any sport, they will each have hugely individual techniques. We all have our own technique and style overlaying the basic fundamentals of the game. If the fundamentals are in place, I want you to achieve your best ever performance and reach your full potential.”
