Progressive Workshops
Workshops take place in the morning with the opportunity for a round of golf or the use of the spa facilities after lunch followed by a question and answer session. At all venues except our luxury spa venues, golf is on an 18-hole course and departure is normally at 7.30pm.

- Understanding the Inner Game - showing you how to overcome mental barriers that can impede great performance.
- Taking control of your game - unravelling the secrets of why things go wrong...and how to put them right.
- Learn how to make sport easier than you thought possible.
- Learn how to know your inner self.
Inner Game Workshop Level 2
Topics covered include:
- Conscious and Subconscious mind.
- Emotional management - overcoming nerves and turning tension to your advantage.
- Turn nerves to excitement, fear to pleasure and calm your mind.
- Positive psychology - learn how to feel great. Understand what causes us to feel down and how to snap out of it.
Inner Game Workshop Level 3
Topics covered include:
- The Movie Mind - understanding the powerful visualisation techniques used by professional sportsmen and women to help them improve performance and how to incorporate the same skills in your own game.
- Motivation - setting goals and using positive reinforcement to get the best out of every performance.
- Understand what effective practice means.
Inner Game Workshop Level 4
Topics covered include:
- How Sports Hypnosis can help you reach your full potential.
- What is NLP.
- Learn how to use Self Hypnosis.
